I actively participated in every Redevelopment project to make sure the residents got the best benefit of it. The 5 Central project was a Crown Jewel for our community. I fought hard to limit the Tax Increment Financing Terms to a 15 year note. It boasts 140 Residential Dwelling Units, and there are many reports of folks moving out to purchase homes here in Osseo! The helps increase demand for our Housing Stock, which increases purchase prices for folks wanting to move on. This project increased the city population by 10%!
