Pavement Management Plan - Street Replacement
Let’s face it- the streets were horrible and getting worse. It was like reading braille with your car. When I took office, there was $30,000 saved for street improvements. That wouldn’t have done a large section of sidewalk, and the assessment rate proposed by the former City Administrator was 75% to the Residents (25% higher than our current- more common policy), because of a lack of sound financial management.
